Beverage Service and Bar Packages

Host Bar: The host of the chartered (private or semi-private) event pays for all beverages with the exception of coffee, which is served at no charge. There are three types of host bars- Package, Consumption, or Drink Tickets.

• Package Bar:�� Bar packages are listed below.

• Consumption Bar:�� Guests may choose from anything available. Host is charged per drink. Price includes all set ups. Host may request special items be available. It is also possible to have just wine or just wine & beer.

• Drink Tickets: ��It is possible for a charter host to pay for his/her guests’ beverages using tickets. Each ticket is good for one beverage. Host will be responsible for handing out drink tickets. Drink tickets are often used when a host wants to limit the number of drinks each of his/her guests have.

Cash Bar: Beverages are paid for by guests as they are served. Cash or credit card is accepted.

Combination Host/Cash Bar: The host pays for beer & wine, while guests are responsible for any liquor purchases. Under no circumstances will any open liquor be allowed off the boat. Proper ID must be provided to consume alcohol.

First Mate’s Bar Package Includes Soft Drinks, Bottled Water, Coffee & Hot Chocolate Bar, Lemonade, Juices, & Tea.

Frequently Asked Questions Q: What is the maximum number of guests I can have at my event?

A: Our maximum capacity is 132 people. Dependent upon the meal served and setup required for your event, the maximum number of guests may decrease.

Q: Do I need to hire an event planner to handle all the details?

A: We have Event Coordinators on staff for that exact reason. We handle all the logistics and we’ll be in contact with you from the beginning. No need to stress – we have it all under control!

Q: Are there any restrictions on set-up and clean-up times?

A: We handle set-up and clean-up so you won’t have to worry about a thing. If you’d like to bring your own decorations on board, we just ask that you bring them to us in advance so we have enough time to decorate the boat and make it look perfect by the time you come on board.

Q: Is it required that I use your catering service?

A: You can bring a pre-approved, licensed caterer on board if you’d like, but we charge a $500.00 fee for the use of our galley. We highly recommend using our caterer because it actually saves you money and the food is delicious!

Q: Can I bring my own liquor on board?

A: We have a fully stocked bar, but if we don’t have a type of alcohol that you would like to serve, we can purchase it for you prior to the event. You cannot bring your own liquor on board, but you can bring your own wine for a $15 corkage fee per bottle.

Q: Can we take photos onboard?

A: Our crew may take some photos for our website and use but we are not professional photographers. You are welcome to bring a photographer onboard or we can provide recommendations. Private charters have full use of the boat and are welcome to take photos on the back decks or bow, or even in the pilot house! There are also beautiful spots around the marina that make for a nice backdrop for photos.

Q: Can I select a different package for my holiday party?

A: You may select any of our packages for your holiday party, or fully customize your event. However, due to demand and availability during the month of December, per person package prices other than those designated as “Holiday” will increase by $5 per person.
