Cape Fear Regional Theatre (CFRT) is excited to announce our 18 h Annual Blues-N-Brews Festival! Blues-N-Brews started in 2003 and continues to serve as CFRT’s principal fundraising event of the year. Over the years, it has grown to be the must-attend event of the summer attracting more than 3,000 blues and beer lovers from across the region, including more than 1,400 from Fort Bragg. Cost

Requirements

• Be an established local business.

• Provide a Certificate of General Liability, Product Liability, and Premises Operation Insurance with Cape Fear Regional Theatre at Fayetteville, Inc. listed as additional insured party.

• Follow Fire Department regulations and abide by Health Department requirements regarding any food preparation. Inspections will take place in the early afternoon.

• Food vendors must have their most recent inspection and food vendor permit available at the event.

• Collect and pay local and state tax.

• Provide BnB with website, logo, and information needed to publish on webpage and social media sites.

Check-In and Set-Up

• Set-up begins at 10:30 AM; Booths must be ready for inspection by early afternoon – more details to follow.

• Booths must be fully operational from 4-10 PM.

• All equipment must be removed from the festival site no later than 11 PM. Early breakdown will result in a fine equal to the amount of your booth fee.

• You must bring your own loading equipment and personnel to assist. BnB does not have extra equipment or staff to assist.

• Moving vehicles within the park during the event will result in a $1,000 fine + fines assessed by the City of Fayetteville.

Application Procedure

• Read all instructions and fill in the application form.

• Submit application form by email to [email protected] with VENDOR APPLICATION (Your Business Name) in the Subject Line.

• You will receive an approval e-mail when we received all required paperwork.

• Applications are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Self-sustaining vendors that do not need access to a tent, water, or electricity will be prioritized. BnB reserves the right to make the final decision on acceptability of an application based on past performance, timeliness of returned application, variety of vendors, and accordance with the festival’s mission.

• Once your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation notice and the credit card on the application will be charged or an invoice will be sent.
