direction to achieve their goal

Weaknesses:

Student-teacher ratio is high which poses problem for academic counseling of students

Opportunities:

Dept. of Chemistry having faculty members with high academic qualification and research activity has opportunity for enhancing the research activity of the college and to introduce the post-graduation.

Challenges:

The college building is shared with two other colleges, one morning and one evening colleges, which imposes huge inconvenience regarding space and time.

Future plans:

To introduce PG course To introduce analytical facilities.
