Evaluation of Recipe Taste – The stir fry was delicious. It was a little sweet and salty. The chicken was kind of juicy, salty and chewy. The carrot and broccoli was sweet. The mushroom tasted nice and tender. The onion was soft and sweet. Overall the stir fry was scrumptious. Texture – The texture of the chicken was tender and vegetables were crunchy and crispy . Appearance – The appearance of the stir fry was very colorful with a mix of green, yellow, white, orange and black. Feedback Dad -The stir fry dish tasted good but perhaps the chicken was a little overcooked as it was a little chewy. Mom - Broccoli and carrot slightly undercooked. Baby corns should be cut into larger pieces. But still delicious. Aunty – The taste is just right and you should cook it again.
