• REMOURBAN Evaluation Framework is based on the definition of globalindexes as the calculation and aggregation of indicators grouped accordingto categories and priority objectives.

• Calculation of the indexes (Su, Sm and Ds) to assess sustainability andsmartness of the cities and evaluate the impact of specific actions related toenergy, mobility, infrastructures or non-technical actions.

• Reference methodology for benchmarking and comparison, facilitating thecommunication of information and assisting in the management process.

• Development of a tool to facilitate the application of the methodology andkeeping track of progress.
