I reason, I feel, I remove Purpose: evaluate the activities performed during the day form three different perspectives Advantages: Get each participant’s opinion Opinions are not only expressed but also discussed upon Participants find out what others think about the day’s activities Disadvantages: Opinions expressed by some participants could be influenced by the fact that anonymity is not entirely Process: Participants are divided in groups of 5-7 persons. Each group receives a flip-chart paper with a man’s figure drawn on it. You can see only his hands, his legs, his body and his heart. Each group receives post it notes in three colors: blue for the head; red for the heart; green for the legs. Participants are asked to simultaneously write on flip-chart: - What they think about what happened that day (in the head area, the center for thinking) - What they felt that day (in the heart area, the area of positive feelings) - What they had removed that day (in the leg area, that is things they had kicked out) After that it is initiated a free discussion on the items written in the three parts of the body from the drawing. Conclusions will be written on post it notes. On another flip-chart paper there will be drawn the figure of another man. Each group will name a spokesperson who will stick the post it notes with the conclusions on the new figure. After all groups has reached and presented the conclusions, there will be talked round them for the respective working day. Participantii sunt impartiti pe grupe a cate 5-7 pers. Fiecare grupa primeste o foaie de flipchart pe care este desenat conturul unui omulet. Nu i se vad decat mainile, picioarele, corpul si inima. Celelalte elemente lipsesc. Participantii sunt indemnati sa scrie simultan pe foaia de flipchart: Ceea ce gandesc despre ceea ce s-a intamplat in ziua respective/ la curs( in zona capului, centrul gandirii)

Mai apoi se porneste o discutie libera despre cele trei parti ale corpului individului din desen
