New Matki EauZone Plus has been created to showcase

the beauty of solid 10mm Safety Glass with the minimum

amount of seals and framing. The brochure features numerous

design options and with a vast range of standard panel and

door sizes, to suit almost any configuration; the choice is

endless. If this still doesn’t provide you with the perfect

solution we can produce a bespoke size, to meet your

exacting requirements.

The Matki Design Team have paid particular attention

to the finer details with beautifully crafted chrome parts

complete with the superb Matki finish. Special consideration

has also gone into the high degree of rigidity and efficient

splash protection, not normally associated with frameless

showers. The hinges have been created from solid brass

and have been designed so that the door retains it’s perfect

adjustment in use.* To complete the look we have also

designed a complimentary new collection of exquisite

shower mixers and matching basin and bath taps.

Also included in this brochure is the EauZone Original

range for those looking for the total wet room solution.

recess areas. The 10mm Safety Glass door is hinged from the

hinge panel either to the left or right and positions the door

between the two panels, giving an overall balanced look to the

shower. The panel sizes can be specified from a vast selection of

standard sizes to accommodate furniture and obstructions, or

alternatively we can produce a bespoke size especially for you.

New Continental Shower Floor.


EauZone Plus comes complete with all the necessary seals and wall

frames. The wall frames are discrete and provide approximately 15mm

of adjustment each, for size and out-of-plumb wall conditions. The wall

frames also help to provide an efficient water seal.

For an all glass look, the EauZone Plus panel hinged surrounds can be

installed without wall frames, resulting in a size reduction of 5mm each

side. In place of the aluminium wall frames we will provide a clear seal,

neatly attached to the glass edge between the panel and the wall. Some

water seepage is likely if shower spray is directed at the wall joints.

Please indicate when ordering if wall frames are not required. This does

not affect the price of the product. Doors hinged from the wall require

the wall frame on the hinge side for adjustment and security.

For a total glass look, EauZone Plus can be installed without wall frames

and seals, but expect some leakage if shower spray is directed at joints.

For a shower proof installation we recommend that the EauZone Plus is

installed complete with wall frames and seals – all provided as standard.

having labour cost cover. Chrome-plated parts and Matki Glass Guard

are guaranteed for the initial two-year period only. Matki Elixir and

Matki Swadling thermostatic shower mixers and accessories and Matki

Fastflow shower wastes are guaranteed for five years.

matki glass guaRdMatki Glass Guard is an invisible glass surface coating which helps to

reduce limescale and hard water deposits to make cleaning of the glass

so much easier.

wateR softeneRs and glass guaRdCertain types of water softeners increase the alkalinity of the water

due to a carry-over of Chloride during re-generation which can cause

aggressive water spots on both untreated and Glass Guarded glass. If

using a water softener we recommend a two-cylinder machine with

automatic re-generation instead of a timer.

If a single-cylinder water softener with timer is already installed it is

recommended that after each shower excess water is removed from the

glass with a squeegee or with a micro-fibre cloth.
