SCHOLARSHIP : EXCELLENCE EIFFEL
Developed by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, to enable
French higher education to attract the best foreign students at master
(including engineering schools) and doctoral level.
4 major fields of study : Law - Economy and Management - Science -
Political Sciences
Important :Only applications sent by the French establishments are
admissible -> 1 applicant = 1 establishment
Online application: september 28, 2020 – january 8, 2021
Results: March 22, 2021

SCHOLARSHIP : MOPGA
MOGPA is an initiative of the French President, Emmanuel Macron, launched on
June 2017 following the decision of the US to leave the Paris Agreement.
It is a call to researchers, professors, entrepreneurs, associations, NGOs and
students to join France to lead the fight against global warming.
It aims to welcome master’s, PHD’s and Post-Doc’s students in 4 fields of
study : Climate change and sustainability science, energetic transition, earth
system sciences, societal challenges of environmental issues
