    suppliersproviding servicesare independentcontractorsand arenot agents,employees, servantsor jointventureersof theoperators ortheiraffiliates.All certificatesand othertravel documentsforservicesissuedby theoperatorsare subjectto thetermsandconditions

    specifiedby thecarriersand suppliersandto thelawsof the countriesin which theservicesaresupplied.Carriageby sea issubjecttotheCarrier's Conditionsof Carriage,which areexpressly incorporatedinto thiscontract,copies of which areavailableupon request.TheOperatorsare notresponsible forany criminal conductby thirdparties.

    4.Wherethe passengeroccupiesa motorcoach seatfittedwith a safety belt,neitherthe Operatorsnortheiragentsor co-operatingorganisationsorservice providersconcernedwill beliable forany injury,illnessor death orfor any lossor damagesor claimswhatsoeverarisingfrom any accidentor incident,if thesafety beltis notbeing worn atthe timeof such accidentor incident.

    5.Transportation companies,airlinesetc.arenot to beheldresponsibleforany act,omission oreventduringthetimepassengersarenot onboardplanes, transportation or conveyances.We rely on international conventionswhich may apply to the services provided

    by us,our suppliersor agentswith respectto any claim of any naturebroughtby you againstus asa result of theprovision of thoseservices.International conventionsthat apply may include:Warsaw Convention 1929,(as amended by HagueProtocol andMontrealProtocol)in relation to airtravel,or Montreal Convention;theBerne Convention forrail travel;Athens Convention 1974 forcarriageby

    sea;the Geneva Convention forcarriage by roadand theParis Convention 1962 forhotels.We areto beregardedas havingall benefitsoftheseconventionson limitingour liability in relation to any claim fordeath,injury, loss,damage anddelay to passengersandluggage.Enrolmentin andpayment fora tourshall constituteagreement andacceptance by thepassenger of theterms andconditions setforth

    Noneof thecompanies in theTrafalgar groupof companies,or any of theirservants oragents, accept any responsibility orliability foryouracts, omissions,defaults, conduct,state of health,condition orcircumstances.

    It isyour responsibility to comply with theterms, conditionsor requirementsof any serviceprovider, orany country orgovernmental

    authorities,or to bearany costsor lossesincurred asa consequenceof you notcomplying with them.
