Technological cycle
Cascade pre-treatmentSurfaces of aluminum profiles must be pre-treated before coating. The process is made of different active solutions followed by stages of washing and our system combines cascades and spray ramps.
Drying in ovenAfter surface treatment process, profiles move into a warm air circulation oven, which ensures their complete dryness. Inside the oven, ventilation is uniform and tempera-ture is stable.
Powder coatingOnce surfaces are fully dry, profiles are ready for the powder coating. Powder on profiles is applied by means of electrostatic guns. One operator can manage all au-tomatic booth operations and also handle a quick color change.
Polymerization in the oven.Powder coatings polymerize at a temperature of about 200°C. The oven is designed based on the most recent energy efficiency and clean energy technologies.
Cooling on-lineThe last step is the cooling of the surface, profiles hang on the overhead conveyor until unloading. All our systems can be easily integrated with packaging lines.
