Mini cleat. Outlets can be fitted with sewn in pull
cord, which can be keeled into the cleat. Available
for round- and half round outlets (see example
below)
Internal steel rings, fitted inside outlet with velcro
for ease of maintenance. Mat.: S.S. AISI 314 (for
systems with low- or fluctuating pressure). Assures
that outlets are fully stretched
Metu frame, for connection to rectangular steel
ductwork, also compatible with LS-system.
(Transition from rectangular into round also textile)
D-Luxe bottom (for half round outlets). Wingrail installation
is finished of with an aluminium end piece that snaps into the
rail without the use of tools. At the end of the outlet, two mini
cleats are fitted in the rail openings, into which the sewn-in pull
cord can be locked in position. This ensures a beautiful and fully
extended outlet with wrinkle free appearance.

Sizing of inject outlets

The exit velocity through the orifices has great
influence on the degree of mixing with the room air
achieved, and the throw gained. The pattern of the
holes is standardized, so that a given static pressure
always gives the same exit velocity (However, as
always options are possible, please call us if you
have a application calling for a non-standard
selection).
Inlet surface
EURO AIR has determined the standard diameter
and the pattern of the holes. A change in the orifice
surface can only be made by changing the number
of hole rows (as a rule, but options are possible, see
above). Euro Air uses the number of hole rows as a
parameter for the orifice surface.
Air volume
Normally the air volume given is for the entire
length of the outlet. However, the possibility also
exists that the Inject outlet is used for part air
transfer, and part introduction of inlet air. In this
case, the outlet diameter must be sized for the total
airflow, whilst the number of hole rows is found
using only the inject part of the air flow.
Air inlet direction
The orientation of the orifices can be givven as aces can be g

pressure inside bracket 70 to 120 Pa and to
keep inlet velocities below 8 m/s. If these
values are exceeded, please contact your local
EURO AIR office, who will help you by finding
the correct solution.
Half round inject outlets
The half round Inject outlets differs only by
its shape from the round Inject outlet, so only
when sizing diameter, please turn to charts
10,11 or 12 instead of 3,4 or 5.

Sizing of nozzle outlets

Basically we are here dealing with a combination of
a diffuse half round outlet (upper part), and slot
diffuser- or nozzle type half round outlet (lower
part).
The diameter must be selected using the projected
airflow and in conjunction with charts 3,4 or 5
depending on air flow.
Then size each part of the outlet (upper and lower)
as you would for the stock item, only paying very
much attention to reaching identical pressures for
the two halves. This is often easier said then ddone er said then

1. All outlet components are given a position
number which can be found on the washing label
(washing label is sewn onto the inside of the
outlet, one present at all joints). When mounting,
always connect continuous numbers, example:
Pos. 1.1 => Pos. 1.2 => Pos. 1.2 => Pos. 1.3 (by
identical pieces, the components are given the
same position number).
2. To hide the clamp you can wrap the collar piece
over the clamp
3. When the unit is turned on, gently pull the sock
on one end to straighten out any wrinkles, and
fix the clip at the end of the outlet to the
suspension wire, using the included wire locknut.

1. Installing round outlets on single- or double
horizontal cable
- Suspend main horizontal cable at desired height ,
using turnbuckle(s) and wire locknuts.
- Attach 1 pcs. strap-up to overhead anchor point
for every 5 meters of outlet, and fasten strap-up to
main wire to maintain a straight and level run.
- Mount the outlet to the cable using the sewn-in
clips fitted to the outlet
- Fix outlet to steel duct / Fan opening using steel-
or textile clamp
- Stretch the outlet to fully extended position, and
fix the last clip to the main wire using wire lock
nut.
- Outlets with diameters 800 or larger must be
mounted on two parallel main wires. If this is
not adhered to, Euro Air A/S will not warrant
claims involving clips/wire/strap-ups or any other
products involved mounting the outlets. We
normally advise customers to use double cable
suspension for diameters 630 and upwards, due
to aesthetics and to minimize the drop that will
occur if a single row suspended outlet is deflated.

Washing or chemical cleaning, clean room materialsWashing or chemical cleaning of clean room materials is not recommend under normal circumstances, but is possible following the procedures given for Polyester and Trevira CS material. If the fabric turns slightly grey during operation, the pre-filtration should be examined and possibly exchanged for a filter better suited. During the washing procedure, particles can be picked up by the fabric and later blown into the room. If the clean room socks are being washed there is no further guarantee for the function of the socks from EURO AIR, with regards to particle count.
Cleaning of Inject outletsEURO AIR Inject outlets do not require cleaning from a flow technical point of view, however aesthetics or hygiene conditions may necessitate the cleaning of the outlets.EURO AIR Inject systems can be cleaned manually on the outside and on the inside. For this purpose a thin water/soap dilution and a brush or a sponge should be used (standard grade washing detergent can be used).After the cleaning the Inject Socks should be rinsed with clean water.If the Inject Sock is very dirty the inside of the sock should be turned out and swept or vacuumed. Use of Hydrocarbon based solvents can cause damage. Under no circumstances use solvents containing Chlorate, this will deteriorate the PVC coating, causing the material to turn brittle, eventually cracking can occur.
Cleaning of M0 Outlets (Glass fibre weave)These outlets must only be cleaned by means of a damp cloth. A standard commercial grade detergent can be used in a watery solution for this purpose. Outlets must be allowed to drip dry.

2. To hide the clamp you can wrap the collar piece
over the clamp
3. When the unit is turned on, gently pull the sock
on one end to straighten out any wrinkles, and
fix the clip at the end of the outlet to the
suspension wire, using the included wire locknut.

1. Installing round outlets with Fasttrack onto
ceiling mounted Wingrail
- Attach Wingrail to ceiling using screws for every
300-1000mm depending on type of ceiling and size
of outlet. Note: the wing on the rail has a groove
for lining up when drilling the holes needed in the
rail.
- Sections of Wingrail is joined by sliding the
Wingrail connector into the side groove of the
rail, and then tightening the allen screws. When
tightening the allen screws, the 2 sections of rail
will self-align.
- The Fasttrack cord fitted to the outlet is slid into
the rail opening, and can now be pushed/pulled
into the rail. If you have ordered our special
Fasttrack feeder tool, this must be fitted into the
side groove prior to sliding the outlet into the rail.
Using the special feeder tool the outlet can be pull
onto the rail very easily with a minimum use of
force.
- The outlet is fixed to the steel duct or fan using
clamp.
- If Luxe bottom was ordered you will also have
received a small cleat (stamped Mini cleat) per
outlet. This cleat is mounted directly onto the
rail, at the end of the rail where the bottom of
the outlet will be located. The cleat is fitted using
the included special flat nuts and bolts. When the
outlets are ordered with the Luxe type bottom
the outlets have a pull cord attached at the
bottom end. This cord is pulled tight and fixed into
the cleat. Following this, the cord can be shortened
as needed.

denne frst ind i samlersporet p skinnen. Herefter
kan posen ganske ubesvret trkkes p skinnen,
med et minimum af trkpvirkning ndvendig.
- Posekanalen fastgres p stlkanalen/ventilator
ved hjlp af spndebnd.
- Hvis der er bestilt Luxe-bund til posen,
medflger ligeledes et stk. mini-cleat
(skdeklemme) per pose. Denne monteres direkte
p skinnen (der medflger special mtrikker
samt skruer til dette forml), i den ende hvor
posekanalens bund sidder. Nr der er bestilt Luxe-
bund er posen udstyret med en kraftig isyet snor
ved bunden. Denne snor bruges til at strkke
posen helt ud, hvorefter snor kan kiles fast i
skdeklemmen. Snoren kan slutteligt afkortes
efter behov.
