*Call to Worship from Psalm 95

Minister: Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.

People: Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song!

*Come, Let Us Sing unto the Lord

Come, let us sing unto the Lord New songs of praise with sweet accord; For wonders great by him are done, His hand and arm have vict'ry won.

The great salvation of our God Is seen through all the earth abroad; Before the heathen’s wond'ring sight, He has revealed his truth and right.

All lands, to God lift up your voice; s Sing praise to him, with shouts rejoice; With voice of joy and loud acclaim Let all unite and praise his Name.

*Prayer of Adoration

*Affirmation of Faith Heidelberg Catechism, Question 117

Minister: How does God want us to pray so that he will listen to us?

People: First, we must pray from the heartto no other than the one true God,who has revealed himself in his Word, asking everything he has commanded us to ask for.Second, we must acknowledge our need and misery, hiding nothing, and humble ourselves in his majestic presence.Third, we must rest on this unshakable foundation:even though we do not deserve it,God will surely listen to our prayerbecause of Christ our Lord. That is what he promised us in his Word.

*Ever Be

Your love is devoted like a ring of solid gold, Like a vow that is tested, like a covenant of old. And your love is enduring through the winter rain And beyond the horizon with mercy for today. Faithful you have been and faithful you will be; You pledge yourself to me and it’s why I sing.

Chorus: Your praise will ever be on my lips, ever be on my lips. (4x)

You father the orphan, your kindness makes us whole; And you shoulder our weakness and your strength becomes our own. Now you’re making me like you, clothing me in white, Bringing beauty from ashes, for you will have your bride Free of all her guilt and rid of all her shame And known by her true name, and it’s why I sing. (Chorus)

You will be praised. You will be praised. With angels and saints we sing worthy are you, Lord. (Repeat 3x) And it’s why I sing. (Chorus)

Thanksgiving for the Ministry of the Wright Family

Prayer for Christ’s Church and the World

I Shall Not Want

From the love of my own comfort, From the fear of having nothing, From a life of worldly passions, Deliver me, O God.

From the need to be understood From a need to be accepted, From the fear of being lonely, Deliver me, O God. Deliver me, O God.

Chorus: And I shall not want, no, I shall not want; When I taste your goodness, I shall not want; When I taste your goodness, I shall not want.

From the fear of serving others From the fear of death or trial From the fear of humility, Deliver me, O God. Deliver me, O God.

And I shall not want, no, I shall not want; When I taste your goodness, I shall not want. (Chorus)

People: Great is our LORD, and abundant in power;his understanding is beyond measure.

*My Lighthouse

In my wrestling and in my doubts, In my failures you won't walk out. Your great love will lead me through, You are the peace in my troubled sea, You are the peace in my troubled sea.

In the silence, you won't let go, In my questions, your truth will hold. Your great love will lead me through, You are the peace in my troubled sea. You are the peace in my troubled sea.

Chorus: My Lighthouse, my lighthouse, Shining in the darkness, I will follow you. My Lighthouse, my Lighthouse, I will trust the promise,  You will carry me safe to shore, Safe to shore, safe to shore, safe to shore.

I won't fear what tomorrow brings, With each morning I'll rise and sing. My God's love will lead me through, You are the peace in my troubled sea, You are the peace in my troubled sea. (Chorus)

Fire before us, you're the brightest, You will lead us through the storms. (4x) (Chorus)

*The Wedding Feast

Chorus: O come and buy without money; O come and feast without pay; For the King has opened his banquet hall To the beggar, the outcast, and the slave.

Oh, behold, he is coming soon And he will surely bring his recompense. Go tell the world the Kingdom is at hand; His Kingdom shall make all things right again.

And the first shall be last, the last shall be first; The poor will have everything they need. The orphan who sleeps alone in the cold Shall dine at the right hand of the King. (Chorus)
