Outline review programme (I)

• retail access and calls– equivalent to the current retail price control review,

including IDD

• wholesale call origination and termination– including some specific access obligations, network

charge control services

• narrowband Internet call termination– including NTS and FRIACO (call origination

remedies)

Outline review programme (II)

• broadband– including leased lines, LLU and ADSL, with

perhaps a separate piece on low bandwidth/retail leased lines

• mobile– after Competition Commission outcome

• broadcasting– access control/conditional access and transmission

services

Next steps

• any stakeholder inputs on priorities welcome– consumer discussion in August

• Oftel forum in July– possible discussion on dispute handling during

reviews

• published plan once we have final EU guidelines/Recommendation
