The PDCA model is a project development model whose stages are:-Prepare: Define in an analytic or quantitative way the main problems/issues of the existing process of activity and prepare a repair project - Do: Implement the project-Check: Confirm in an analytic and qualitative way that the found solution is good and influences the improvement of the activity-Act: As a consequence change the previous process, correct and apply the procedure
Mentored Learning Model incorporates tools, technologies and a mentor in the learning process. This model is incorporating a hybrid of: - Traditional classroom instruction- Hands on lab exercises - One on one mentoring - E-learning - Reading - Video based instruction
Blended Learning Model is a mixture of different learning environments. It combines traditional face-to-face classroom methods with more modern computer-mediated activities. Assists the trainees to:- Study and understand the educational material - Make a time schedule - Creates a community of learning and organizes the communication pattern- Interact with an dynamic training material- Understand training issues.
