Paneles compuestos de una lámina de PANELTOR® hormigón UHPC de 5mm fundida con una plancha de aislamiento de poliuretano extruido de alta densidad de espesor variable, con dimensiones estándar de 2520 x 1220 mm y 1270 x 620mm con un peso de ± 12 kgs./m².

PANELTOR® SATE/COMPACT puede tener diversos acabados en su cara vista, así como diferentes tonalidades mediante la pigmentación de su mortero o aplicación de una veladura con un determinado RAL.

La fijación de los paneles SATE/COMPACT de PANELTOR® se realización mediante anclajes mecánicos a la lámina de PANELTOR®, conforme al siguiente detalle:

Todo esto hace de PANELTOR® SATE/COMPACT un panel único, que aportar una solución prefabricada de aislamiento térmico de los edificios, conforme a la ETAG 17 de la Organización Europea de Aprobaciones Técnicas con base en la Directiva 89/106/EEC relativa a la aproximación de las disposiciones legales, reglamentarias y administrativas de los Estados miembros sobre los productos de construcción.

Panels made up of a 5mm UHPC PANELTOR® concrete sheet cast with a variable thickness extruded polyurethane insulation sheet, with standard dimensions of 99 x 48 in and 50 x 24 in with a weight of ± 26,45 lb/m².

PANELTOR® ETICS/COMPACT can have different finishes on its visible side, as well as different tones by pigmenting its mortar or applying a glaze with a certain RAL.

The PANELTOR® ETICS/COMPACT panels are fixed by means of mechanical anchors to the PANELTOR® sheet, in accordance with the following detail:

All this makes PANELTOR® ETICS/COMPACT a unique panel, which provides a prefabricated solution for thermal insulation of buildings, in accordance with ETAG 17 of the European Organisation for Technical Approvals based on Directive 89/106/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States concerning construction products.

SUPERFICIE DE COLOCACIÓNFIXING SURFACE

El sistema de aislamiento monoblock para exterior PANELTOR® SATE y el sistema de aislamiento monoblock para interior PANELTOR® COMPACT implican la colocación de una serie de paneles y anclajes.

Para la lograr un aislamiento térmico eficaz y duradero de PANELTOR® SATE o COMPACT se debe realizar una instalación correcta tanto de los paneles como del sistema de anclaje, verificando que cada paso de este manual está correctamente realizado.

Es esencial que el soporte sobre el que se aplicará el sistema de paneles esté en perfectas condiciones en cuanto a capacidad de sustentación, limpieza, humedades y regularidad.

Se recomienda llevar a cabo pruebas en todas las superficies para la determinar su capacidad de sustentación antes de la colocación de los sistemas SATE o COMPACT.

Las superficies de hormigón, ladrillo, bloques de hormigón celular, piedra, madera y metal son los soportes recomendados sobre los que se pueden colocar los sistemas de paneles SATE y COMPACT. En cualquier superficie se deberán reparar previamente las faltas de planimetría con productos adecuados.

El soporte debe estar libre materiales sueltos o mal adheridos que puedan provocar cualquier tipo de separación entre el soporte y los paneles.

ELEMENTOS SALIENTES

Tanto en para la colocación de paneles exteriores o interiores, PANELTOR® SATE o COMPACT, los elementos salientes deben estar adecuadamente aislados, para evitar puentes térmicos.

En el caso de la rehabilitación de edificios puede que el panelado interfiera con los elementos existentes, como balcones, marcos de ventanas, cornisas, molduras arquitectónicas, tuberías, soportes, tendido eléctrico, etc. Estos los salientes deben tener un sistema de evacuación de agua de lluvia para evitar filtraciones.

The PANELTOR® SATE outdoor monoblock insulation system and the PANELTOR® COMPACT indoor monoblock insulation system involve the installation of a series of panels and anchors.

In order to achieve efficient and long-lasting thermal insulation of PANELTOR® SATE or COMPACT, both panels and anchorage system must be correctly installed, verifying that each step in this manual is correctly performed.

It is essential that the support on which the panel system will be applied is in perfect condition in terms of support capacity, cleanliness, humidity and regularity.

It is recommended that tests be carried out on all surfaces to determine their load-bearing capacity before installing the SATE or COMPACT systems.

Concrete, brick, aerated concrete block, stone, wood and metal surfaces are the recommended supports on which to place the SATE and COMPACT panel systems. On any surface, any lack of planimetry must be previously repaired with suitable products.

The support must be free of loose or badly adhered materials that could cause any type of separation between the support and the panels.

PROTRUDING ELEMENTS

When installing exterior or interior panels, PANELTOR® SATE or COMPACT, the protruding elements must be adequately insulated to avoid thermal bridges.

In the case of building rehabilitation, paneling may interfere with existing elements, such as balconies, window frames, cornices, architectural mouldings, pipes, supports, electrical wiring, etc. These should have a rainwater drainage system to prevent leakage.
