Key Lessons

Continuous and constant communication –constant inconsistence in communication is a non-starter.

Be true to commitments – unless you live up to yourcommitments strategic partners won’t take youserious.

Commissioners and officials do work whilepoliticians shine – let no confusion prevails as to whois the public face of the Municipality

Suitable location of the strategy office withinorganisational structure is crucial
