The Project Management Office will provide project expertise in the delivery of the Corporate Plan The PMO maintains governance over the methodology, practice and tools used by projects to ensure a consistent level of project management practice for the community. For the PMO to be effective it has to, first and foremost, have an alignment to the community vision and values. To do this, it has to have the support of the Council and the community. Purpose The purpose of the Planning process is to: � Define  the  actions  required  for  the  attainment  of  the  Corporate  Plan’s  desired  outcome   � Organise all the resources needed for the plan � Define the means to control the execution of the Corporate Plan
