Rickard Romander (MSc, MBA) has 25+ years experience from leading

organizations through change and establishing and managing PMOs. He led the

development of the project model GPMM® and has recently developed the Project

Management 3.0 framework – Business Driven Project Management. Rickard has

spoken at conventions and other gatherings several times, among others at

numerous PMI® events. Rickard worked for Ericsson between 1989 and 2002.
