40 Days for Life A big THANK YOU, to all who participated in any way during our 40 Days for Life Spring-Lent Campaign. It was reported that 490 babies were saved nationally! God bless each one of you for your love and commitment to the sanctity of life of unborn children.
Blessing of the Oils This year’s Chrism Mass was celebrated Thursday, March 22, at Good Shepherd church in Mira Mesa. We wish to thank the Hauner family, who represented our parish for this event.
Catholic Youth Ministry (CYM) Religious Classes Our Religious education classes will resume Sunday, April 8. Have a blessed Easter! First Holy Communion There will be a parent meeting on Sunday, April 8 at 9:15 AM in the church hall. Contact Gloria White at 619-672-1637. Mountain Disciples We will be meeting on Thursday, April l5 at St. Elizabeth in Julian. The next youth Mass is Saturday, April 21 at 5:00 PM at St. Elizabeth. Thank You The Altar and Rosary Society would like to thank all parishioners, both bakers and buyers, who participated in last weekend’s Easter Bake Sale. Monies raised will be used to purchase flowers and other supplies for the altar. Also, thank you to everyone who attended this year’s soup kitchens. Donations from these parish gatherings will be distributed to the following organizations: The Missionary Childhood Association, Rachel’s Women’s Center, and Pregnancy and Adoption Services.
