INTRODUCTIONThe course on gynaecological tumours has been designed for pathologists, gynecological oncologists and medical oncologists of the Eastern Europe and Balkan Region, with the aim toprovide an update on the State of-the art diagnostics as well as an overview of the latest advances in the field of pathology.

The programme will offer educational lectures covering updates on the diagnosis and treatment of both early and advanced gynaecological cancers. Moreover, spotlight lectureswill cover specific issues related to particular situations such as diagnostic dillemas in mostchallenging cases. Biological potential, questionable invasion or type of tumor as well as gynaecological cancer in young or pregnant women will be discussed.

Practical training will be offered in the frame of „tips and tricks“ sessions in a mode of case presentations, prepared and presented by participants and discussed with the faculty.

diagnosis for gynaecological cancer patients • Update on the latest advances and on the state-of- the-art treatment options• Debate on controversies and challenges in gynaecological cancer diagnostics and treatment• Learn about the management of specific situations

TheEACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net.The programme has been granted 9 European CME credits (ECMEC). Each medical specialistshould claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. GENERAL INfORMATION

PARTICIPATIONAdmittance to the course is by competitive application. The successful applicants are granted free registration and full board. Non-local participants will be offered accommodation in Tuzla for the period 26-28 May 2020. Travel will be covered by the participants.Applications made as a team from the same institute i.e. (at least two members: pathologist and surgeon, pathologist and medical oncologist, pathologist and radiotherapist etc) to promote multidiciplinarity are welcome. Full participation is compulsory throughout the course for all participants. The course will be taught entirely in English and fluency in English is necessary for admission.Priority will be given to candidates practicing in Eastern Europe and Balkan region countries.
