United we stand

The India, we see today is the result of great sacrifices made by the

great and immortal freedom fighters. Today, we Indians have our own

constitution and freedom to think freely, Act freely and move freely. The

great artitect of this heritage country never believed in material gains and

science that would ruin and master the delicate and sensitive Indian

minds. These great symbols and lyrics of words that inspired the millions

of Indians before freedom, those small things like charka, triranga, vande

mataram, Bharat mata, non-violence and truth and the concept of simple

living and high thinking gave us Independence, has now become the

lessons in school education and being used to maintain formalities in

Independence day and republic day. Sometimes grey old people speak

up that the British raj was quite good in comparison to the present India.

Million dollar question is why do they say so?

Why a common man is not secure with basic necessities like food, shelter,

clothing, medicine and education?

Why children are sold by Parents?

Why corruption has become "Esta Mantra" with bureaucrats?

Why Money, muscle and motor power has become princip les of Politician?

Why educated youth should spend restless night at railway platforms for

job?

Why religious leaders p lay with the sentiments of common man?

Think for a while as a TRUE Indian with a bubbling heart without second

though. A thousand of things would occupy your mind. I say definitely that

either your heart, mind and soul would try to escape from all these issues,

that there is no escape route, that is is incapablein one being to fight the multitude of odds and stand alone. We lack

confidence, determination and dedication to fight against the wrong and

instead flow with the bad.

Now the big question that you should ask oneself is whether you

would like to continue contributing to the corruption, unemployment,

hatredness among people and create a worse place for the coming

generation to live or become aware and make others aware to create a

sense of ownership, to create a place of trust, an enchanting p lace for our

generations to live and adore it.

I urge all to unite and contribute atleast 5 mins of your time in re-

defining your place, your leaders help them overcome the issues, make

the place a better one raised on your own standards.

Dream for the state and country and stand by your dreams to make

ODISHA the Best state of India (an initiative towards "LEAD INDIA 2020).

with a single intention of developing unity and making Orissa a better

place for our future generation.Expected Date is 28th Dec, 2009 in Berhampur. (This is just a beginning.
