Aim of the Partner Search Forum:
Help project promoters from the 6 MSs to find transnational partner(s) to make a project proposal within the call for transnational projects launched in their country.

‘Speed dating’ Approx. 2 hours (everyone will chat with aprox. 25 participants for 4 minutes)
Row 1 and 3 turn back and stay in place
Row 2 and 4 will move one chair to the right after they hear a gong
You talk to the person opposite you for 4 minutes (2 minutes per person! No time for
asking questions)
During your 2 minutes tell your partner the following: your name, what organization do
you represent, what challenge do you want to address, what do you expect from
transnational partnership
Q&A sessions to the project promoters around 8 tables: Table 1 – Migrants
Table 2 – Entrepreneurs (incl. social entrepreneurs) and SMEs
Table 3 – Youth (incl. NEETs)
Table 4 – Vulnerable groups (incl. people with disabilities, elderly people) and new care
services
Table 5 – Unemployed and job-seekers
Table 6 – Learning & skills / youth
Table 7 – Gender equality, diversity management and work-life balance

On site (throughout the whole event): Online database technical support
1-On-1 (DAY 2)
Plan your own agenda for these 3 hours – schedule meetings with potential
parners already on Day 1
For the ones not having 1-on-1 session we will suggest potential partners or
make mini groups for further exploration or provide database guidance. It will
be also possible to talk to the represntative of your ESF Managing Authority to
ask questions about the call
