Instructions for final reports Instructions for final reports (teamwork)(teamwork)

Your group is Southern Water’s project team for the Intrusive Investigation of Wallisdown WwTW. You have submitted a technical report on the results to your senior manager, who will forward a summary to the EA and to other stakeholders.

It is company policy to review and evaluate all aspects of a completed project (‘completion appraisal’) before starting investigations at another site. This is to enable problems to be highlighted, solutions to be identified, and good practice to be continued and developed.

Accordingly, your team is asked to submit an evaluation report and give an oral presentation to a panel comprising a senior manager of the company and representatives of Southern Water’s shareholders, the Environment Agency and the Local Authority.
