Concrete Palisade Fencing is decidedly economical when compared to other conventional fencing systems. It offers huge cost sav-ings by having a short installation period; one team averages 100m of fencing per day. Cost savings over the long term can be sub-stantial due to its life expectancy and very low maintenance costs.

This fencing system is modular and can be adapted to suit almost any site requirements. Sections are 2.0 meter between main posts; cut-sections are used on sloping terrain and short fence lines.

Specifications & InstallationsProducts are manufactured to strict standards to ensure consistent concrete strength; only the best raw materials are used. Concrete is sampled and laboratory tested for quality control.

The posts are not pre-stressed. All reinforcing steel wires are free of rust, loose scale, flux, grease or oil substances.

Concrete stronger than the off-the-shelve specifications are available optionally extra.

Installation is undertaken by teams of experienced fencing erectors. Posts are concreted in 600 mm deep foundations. Our quick installation times contributes to early completion dates, making precast walling the ideal walling solution for property developers.

The final structure is grouted with a sand / cement mix. Rail bolt holes are filled with a plaster mix; hard epoxy filling is available as an optional extra.
