Step 1: Open your student login at http://erp.kitvrnsi.com

Step 2: Enter USER ID, PASSWORD and Verify captcha. USER ID is your AKTU Roll Number and PASSWORD is also your

AKTU Roll Number. (For any difficulty related to login mail to ashishkumar@kashiit.ac.in with your complete details like

your full name, father’s name, your complete roll number, branch, semester and contact no. etc)

Step 3: Change your Password after first login.

Step 4: Select student role and click on next button. You are redirected to dashboard (Your Home Page)

Step 5: Check your fees dues available at Dashboard.

Step 6: Go to the menu “Online Registration” available at the left of the Dashboard.

Step 7: Select the appropriate fee payment mode: offline/Online

Step 8: Fee payment mode: Online Fee Payment

Step 8(a): If you want to deposit the fees online, click on the form “Online Payment”

Step 8(b): Choose appropriate method of online fee payment i.e. Pay U Money

Step 8(C): Follow the procedure as mentioned there and save the UTR number for future reference.

Step 9: Fee payment mode: Offline (NEFT)

NEFT HDFC BANK

Step (i): Go to your bank home branch

Step (ii): Ask for NEFT application form

Step (iii): Fill NEFT application form

Step (iv): Fill your bank account detail in Applicant detail section

Step (v): Fill up following details in detail of Beneficiary section

Beneficiary Name: Kashi Institute of Technology

Account No: KITVNS+Roll No.

(For example if a student roll number is 1342810001, then his/her account no will be KITVNS1342810001)

Account Type: Saving

IFCS CODE: HDFC0000240

Bank Name: HDFC BANK LTD.

Branch: Sandoz Branch, Mumbai

Step (vi): Present NEFT application form with Cheque on your bank home branch

NEFT ICICI BANK

Step (i): Go to your bank home branch

Step (ii): Ask for NEFT application form

Step (iii): Fill NEFT application form

Step (iv): Fill your bank account detail in Applicant detail section

Step (v): Fill up following details in detail of Beneficiary section

Beneficiary Name: Kashi Institute of Technology

Account No: KASHIT + Roll Number

(For example if a student roll number is 1342810001, then his/her account no will be KASHIT1342810001)

Account Type: Savings

IFCS CODE: ICIC0000106

Bank Name: ICICI Bank Limited Branch: Delhi.

Step (vi): Present NEFT application form with Cheque on your bank home branch

Step 10: Fee payment mode: Offline (Cash)

Step 10(a): Click on the Download Cash Deposition Slip

Step 10(b): Select the fee mode as semester and select your appropriate semester. Enter the appropriate

amount and Select the Payment mode as cash.

Step 10(C): Click on the create Challan. Download the Challan, take a print out and deposit the cash to account

section.

Step 11: Wait for few days for the Account Section to verify the fee payment. Generally, it takes four days to verify the

payment. After the verification of fee you are allowed to register in next semester.

Step 12: Open the form “Online registration” and enter all the required fields/photograph/signature.

Step 13: Enter any optional facilities like Transportation, Hostel, Book Bank etc.

Step 14: Click on “Submit Registration Form”

Step 15: Download the filled registration form and take the print out.

Step 16: Click on the form “Anti-Ragging” available at the bottom of the Registration form.

Step 17: Enter the required information and save the details. Take the print out.

Step 18: Submit both the print out of Registration form and Anti-ragging Form to the Dean Academic office.

Step 19: If you have registered for hostel, transport, book bank and submitted the fees, show the fees receipt to the

concerned in charge in college and take the Hostel Pass, Bus Pass, Library Card.
