F2200 Hydraulic foundaon machine

The F2200 is a mul purpose machine wich isdesigned for dierent pile driving and drilling operaons.

A number of special technical characteriscs make the

F2200 unique compared to other machines. The leader

is of the so called folding type and does not needany separate extension pieces. The leader is suitable

for a torque of 250 kNm over the full length. It is even

possible to transport the machine including a mid-size

hammer or rotary head (FDE 25). The leader has got an

unique system to aach and lock the leader secons

which are folded during transport. The standard leader

lenght is 22 mtr. but 25 mtr. is oered oponally.

A hydraulic cylinder is installed in the leader foot.

Together with the rear stabilizers its powerful enough

to li the machine. A 360 operaon is possible. The

F2200 is oered with a 6 cylinder turbo charged engine

which is connected to the variable Rexroth pump. The

hydraulic system can also be used to power an impact

hammer or rotary head. The pumps create an oilow

of 400 ltr/min. The oponal oilow is 550 ltr/min at

a working pressure of 320 bar. The horizontal stroke

of the leader is 1.75 mtr. This gives great advantages

when driving piles. Several leader heads are available

for the F2200 and a Pull Down system for a rotary head

or vibro can be installed as well.
