November 3, 2011 To Whom It May Concern: I was initially impressed with Eric Niehoff’s enthusiasm, communication skills and professional demeanor when I hired him in October of 2010 as a sales and marketing intern from Metro State’s internship program. During the last year Eric consistently demonstrated all of these qualities and more, and I heartily endorse him for any similar sales or marketing support position. Eric is reliable, dedicated and eternally upbeat. He has demonstrated a good ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision. Eric was responsible for maintaining and enhancing our contact management system, conducting project follow-ups directly with our clients, preparing for and contributing to marketing meetings, updating our social media outreach programs (developed solely by Eric), and providing general support such as research for our sales efforts. When his weekly duties were fulfilled and if I was unavailable to provide new tasks, his self-directed work ethic facilitated the production of new meaningful work such as automating rote tasks or generating new marketing ideas. Organized and diligent, Eric quickly learned technology systems and software that were unfamiliar to him when he first started with DDS.
