RF Design

LLRF preliminary design review held

Waveguide coupler design and fabrication completeConstruction of the PEPII phase shifter RF chassis is complete, calibration next month. Phase shifter control board fabrication next month. 476MHz master amplifier chassis in process of being tested in the Lab.

A 1:1 model of the S-band (2856 MHz) Phase Detector Cavity is being manufactured to start testing in October. The main RF parameters of the phase detector cavity calculated with Superfish program were presented during the "LCLS LLRF Preliminary Design Review"
