E.R.C.C. – How it Works ?
• A web interface is provided which can be customized as per need.
• User uploads the phone book containing the phone numbers of people to be alerted during an emergency.
• Specify the designated phone numbers that can trigger the ERCC alarm during an emergency.
• During an Emergency, alarm can be triggered using any of the designated phone number like that of owner, security guard, facility manager etc.

4 Simple Steps to Safety
• Step1: In case of emergency, call the ERCC Number from any of the designated mobile phones or via web panel.
• Step2: Specify the nature of emergency by pressing keys on your mobile phone as instructed by ERCC or select the preconfigured IVR on web panel.
• Step3: ERCC System pulls the pre-specified phone book from the server containing numbers of people to be alerted.
• Step4: The people listed in the ERCC phonebook receive a call on their mobile phone. The system tries to reconnect with people who haven’t answered the calls for ten minutes.
