This can contribute to keeping and promoting human dignity as a value that is incorporated in all human beings. BRAVO tends to identify and invest in short-term and long-term strategic partnerships in all fields we are active at. BRAVO MISSION

BRAVO has a social impact which goal is to promote lifelong commitment together with emphasizing the positive experience of users by deepening knowledge of core principles of discipline, teamwork, safety, respect and integrity. BRAVO tends to gather volunteers who share interest in IT

and video production, sports activities, social activism, art, creative activities, innovation, education, safety, and etc. as a profession or hobby. All this can enrich our experience through sharing ideas, needs and creativity in different fields, and by this, we are deepening our knowledge and experience of Erasmus plus and other European programs. BRAVO offers to its volunteers a chance for engagement, creation and development of their skills and knowledge outside working room and office. By participating in BRAVO, members learn to work together through the idea of giving back to society by promoting volunteering and active citizenship. Continuously we try to express ourselves through pictures and social whether we are promoting our activities, or promoting a cause that is important to everyone.

BRAVO VALUES are: - commitment - originality and innovation - teamwork and collective responsibility - democracy and transparency of work - objectivity and self-criticism - recognition - tolerance - diversity - volunteerism and openness

Please describe also the role of your organization in the project (max 1000 characters).

BRAVO, as one of the organizations which are created from different ideas, always tends to improve the quality of life of all people. In all our programs we are in direct connection with work on peacebuilding, the inclusion of minority youth, LGBTQI population, and refugees from conflict areas, promotion of tolerance and fight against stereotypes and prejudices, as well as the fight against hate speech. We are working on a combating for the rights of disable people, people with fewer opportunities and hate speech through art and creative actions. By educating youth we are trying to raise awareness about peace, tolerance, vulnerable groups and the meaning and importance of non-formal and informal learning. We are proud of the projects which we are implementing in our organization because they are connected with the most important topics and the most vulnerable people and groups. From the beginning, we encourage the youth of BRAVO to attend all kind of workshops and we train them to teach others about values that are base of BRAVO. With this application and project, we could extend our public, followers and future volunteers which will lead our sectors and organization in the future. Education in this area is very important for the young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina especially after 4-years conflict in our country which “bad results” we can see nowadays as well. The organization has different kind of sectors where we put all our topics included through them, but through different projects, we are putting some of them as a priority and the most important thing at that time and also making it very important for volunteers and their healthy lifestyle and people from our society. Entrepreneurship, migrants, refugees, fake media, art and creative workshops were the most important activities in the last year for our organization. For this year we are mostly working by European Commission priorities. Our team has experience in this kind of project for many years, even before BRAVO was established. Our core team are coming from different organizations where they were working and from the beginning we formed a great vibe and working atmosphere in BRAVO. We have been working on the youth field with the non-formal education tools since we were established. Within the framework of Erasmus+ and other European Programs we have offered so many opportunities for the youth to learn in a multi-cultural atmosphere with their European peers. Our organization is also focuses on teens for their personal, social and educational development. We have also been participating in a lot of

Page 8: ERASMUS+ PARTNER IDENTIFICATION FORM€¦ · ups, Industry 4.0, Entrepreneurship, Project management, Refugee and Migrants, Creative Actions, but at the same time we are working on

mobilities such as youth exchange and training courses under the Erasmus+ Youth in Action program on all kinds of topics for the youth. BRAVO has already implemented over 20 national projects, and took part as partner, hosting organization or coordinator in more of 100 trainings, seminars, exchanges and similar supported by Erasmus +, European Youth Foundation and other relevant donors. Bearing this in mind we can say that our organization has experience and knowledge for the development of the applications for youth projects at the international level as well as the implementation of the same. Also, a part of these international projects was closely connected with the skills of youth workers and leaders, so we can contribute to the project development in this area too. BRAVO often uses creative methods of work with young people and implements creative and cultural projects (street art, photography, video production, organization of music festivals, etc.). BRAVO cooperates with a wide range of local institutions and NGOs in the Bosnia and Herzegovina. All our activities are covered by multimedia (video and photography) and after that published to our Social Media.

As for his journey into the world of innovations and startups, throughout his studies, he was continuously interested in innovations and different points of view on industry and production.
