Curriculum Development (Design and delivery)
Involvement of Business in curriculum developmentwill ensure closer linkage to the needs of the labourmarket. It will help to ensure that graduates have theknowledge, skills and competences they need to besuccessful on the labour market. Student learning isenriched and prepares them for future employment asthey gain exposure to live problems and solutionsthrough the curriculum and placements.

Entrepreneurship
Professors, researchers and students have a poorlydeveloped entrepreneurial mindset in Europe thatresults in few spinouts and new businesses. Thechallenge for higher education is to provide learningenvironments that stimulate independence, creativityand an entrepreneurial approach to harnessingknowledge. Universities have to get moreentrepreneurial

Mobility
Mobility between the two worlds should get a normalfeature. We should see many more HE studentsundertaking internships in companies, working on realproblems of companies and working in cooperationwith companies on common projects. We should alsosee many more researchers and professors "on themove" – and on the other side company staff shouldget more frequently involved in the delivery of studyprogrammes.
