EQUIPOISEKYLE BELL, RACHEL MEREDITH, WILL CHANDLER, GEORGE GREGORY, RACHEL RAPER
OUR CAUSEOur reason driving this project is a belief in equality:
Equal treatment Equal representation Equal opportunity
"We’re viewed as equals — but we’re still not there yet. [...] The challenge for our girls, I think, is
dealing with that resistance. How can we lift and defuse it, how do we
make it so our equality is not so threatening? Our girls are going to
have to contend with that. I contend with it right now in every realm I
operate in.“ – Meryl Streep
“To every woman who gave birth, to every taxpayer and citizen of this nation, we have fought for everybody else’s equal rights. It’s our time to have wage equality once and for all and equal rights for women […]”– Patricia Arquette

them enthusiastic about our cause Encouraging girls to participate in the project will make them more
likely to want to carry on with film into their careers, and help to make the balance more equal

A contender for a strong central hub, but due to it’s ever-growing complicated sections, it’s potentially falling out of favour for marketing/word spread
