- Malfunction on manual transfer case on carrier. While prepare for rig move from Neem SN-1 to Neem 21 . and after move the carrier from rig matting we transfer the shaft from prime mover to draw-works on 18.Oct.The next day we tried to return the motion to prime mover the transfer case refused to response.

There was misalignment in transfer case on the draw-works side, which makes the disengage process unable. Also there was kind of contamination on system. (the sliding sleeve wasn’t free).

- Observe transmission oil and gear oil level before any process.Obtain the preventive maintenance on periodical bases.

Hydraulic Control Switches.

While tripping in with DBP, after resuming operation the Hyd Control Switches started leaking with high pressure.

Also the internal seal damaged.

We changed the switch by another one but still some valves not working.

Now we cont. in repairing by changing valves and trying.

-Hydraulic Control Switches.

The most probable reason is long using and the seals are not quite good in quality.

And the Maximum Relieve valve not working.

- Send new hydraulic distribution switch case ASAP because this is not first time to be failure. with enough quality seals (see the photos of seals below).

- Check whole hydraulic hoses and system.Check the Max. Relieve valve.

The Gen Set No.1 (SN: 2013249586) started on 21.Dec (due to fault in the Gen Set No.2), On 22.Dec stopped due to high coolant temperature error.

Send the radiator to heglig for clean up.

On 21.Dec @8:00am in the morning the Gen Set No.2 (SN: 20132442470) stopped due to error 4151(change to the other

generator Gen Set No.1), On 22.Dec the Gen Set No.1 Stopped due high coolant temperature, decided to operate Gen Set No.2 check all sensor readings Ok, found OMC Power Trim relay make unusual sound when hold the relay strong the error was removed the engines worked for 15mins then stopped, found error Low Frequency. On 23.Dec took the same relay from the other generator and tested for 6hrs appear good sign and no errors in the generator screen(the test without load).

OMC Power Trim Relay misreading cause generator shutdown.

Send the relay ASAP.
