Tripod

Canon Camera

The HD camera is used for filming indoors and outdoors in High Definition. I used this particularly for long shots and medium close ups of the band.

The tripod is used to make sure that the filming is stable and will look more professional than if the camera was handheld as this could look amateur. It also enabled me to film from different levels and angles.

I used a Canon Camera to take the photos for my digipak and poster and noticed the high quality of them. I therefore decided to use this camera for the close ups so I could have the shots as best quality as possible.

Speakers

Final Cut Pro X

Speakers connected to an Ipod were used so that the song ‘Do It Like Me’ could be played loud, enabling the girls to lip sync at the correct time.

Final Cut Pro X is a dynamic software which is not too complicated to use and is very good quality. All the effects that i wanted to use to make my video more urban looking, it had such as; Vignette and Blur effect. Final Cut Pro enables us to cut clips to the length that suit s you and speed up/slow down shots that need to be altered. I used this in my narrative to show that a period of time had passed.
