RULES FOR THE 2020 – EQUESTRIAN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2020

1. EVENTSThe number of Equestrian Championship events in 2020 is maximum 6 (each a “ECL Event”). OVERALL CLASSIFICATION. Athletes may take part in all ECL Events.

Jumlah acara Equestrian Championship pada tahun 2020 adalah maksimum 6 (masing-masing merupakan “Acara ECL”). KLASIFIKASI KESELURUHAN. Atlet dapat mengambil bagian dalam semua Acara ECL.

Equestrian Champions League (ECL)

ECL is a national equestrian equestrian competition with an international standard. The competition presented at ECL is a competition between horse clubs aimed at participants of various ages. With ECL present to build the growing industry of equestrian sports in Indonesia, this will have an impact on athletes who have more flying hours and competition. As a result athletes can build a sustainable career

path. Certainly the career and welfare of equestrian athletes is a concern for ECL, considering that athletes determine the future achievements of the Indonesian equestrian sport at an international level..ECL merupakan kompetisi berkuda equestrian nasional dengan taraf internasional. Kompetisi yang dihadirkan dalam ECL merupakan kompetisi antar klub berkuda yang ditujukan untuk peserta dari beragam usia. Dengan ECL hadir untuk membangun industri pada cabang olahraga berkuda equestrian. Industri pesat cabang olahraganya berdampak pada atlet yang memiliki lebih banyak jam terbang dan kompetisi. Alhasil atlet dapat membangun jalur karir yang berkelanjutan. Tentunya karir dan kesejahteraan para atlet berkuda menjadi perhatian ECL mengingat para atlet menentukan masa depan prestasi cabang olahraga equestrian Indonesia di tingkat internasional.

At ECL, participants will enter competitions in the category Show Jumping (horse riding control over obstacles), Dressage (a combination of aesthetics and good horse control) and Eventing (a series of dressage, jumping shows and cross country cours-es). The series of ECL activities will be held at Equinara Horse Sports - Jakarta International Equestrian Park Pulomas (JIEPP), and Adria Pratama Mulya (APM) Equestrian Center, Tigaraksa, Tangerang, Banten. The follow-ing is the ECL schedule :

Pada ECL, peserta akan mengi-kuti kompetisi pada kategori Show Jumping (ketangkasan pengendalian berkuda melom-pati rintangan), Dressage (perpaduan estetika dan pen-gendalian kuda yang baik) dan Eventing (rangkaian dressage, show jumping dan cross country course). Rangkaian kegiatan ECL diselenggarakan di Equinara Horse Sports - Jakarta Interna-tional Equestrian Park Pulomas (JIEPP), dan Adria Pratama Mulya (APM) Equestrian Center, Tigaraksa, Tangerang, Banten. Berikut ini jadwal ECL :

- 14 – 16 February 2020, at Equinara Horse Sports - JIEPP, Series 1

- 6 – 8 March 2020, at APM Equestrian Center, Series 2

- 15 - 27 July 2020, at APM Equestrian Center, Series 3

- 17 - 29 July 2020, at Equinara Horse Sports - JIEPP, Series 4

- Series 5, To Be Determined

- Final, To Be Determined

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR THE ECL Participation in each ECL Finals are open to unlimited athletes

Category :• U 14 : Rider up to 14 y.o in 2020• U 18 : Rider from 14 to 18 y.o in 2020• U 21 : Rider from 16 to 21 y.o in 2020• Open : Rider of All ages• Beginner Rider : For riders that have never competed in classes over 90 cm or Dressage Preliminary Class• Beginner Horse : For horses that have never competed in classes over 90 cm or Dressage Preliminary Class

PRIZE

Total prize money: Definite amount to be announced by the first series.

Total Hadiah akan diumumkan pada seri pertama liga.

The top 3 athletes in the ECL overall classification must be present at the last ECL Event of the season to receive their prize in person and to be available for the press conference. Athletes must be dressed in competition attire. No prize money is given to an athlete who does not present himself at the prize giving ceremony and/or press conference if required to do so.

3 atlet teratas dalam klasifikasi keseluruhan ECL harus hadir di Acara ECL terakhir musim ini untuk menerima hadiah secara langsung dan tersedia untuk konferensi pers. Atlet harus mengenakan pakaian kompetisi. Tidak ada hadiah uang yang diberikan kepada atlet yang tidak hadir di upacara pemberian hadiah dan / atau konferensi pers jika diminta untuk melakukannya.

a. One team consists of 3 riders : one in three horses is an experienced horse in a class above 125 cm while the other two are horses with experience in a class maximum of 120 cm.

b. Participants who are interested in the team class are required to register with the committee, for which the team will be formed by the committee based on the drawing of the technical meeting in the first series.

c. The name of the team will be determined by the committee, and in one team the horse- rider combinations do not necessarily need to be from the same club.

d. Points taken will be the two best points from 3 horse-rider combinations.

e. In joining the Team Competition, the teams that have been registered from the beginning of the league will be the set team combination that will last the whole series from the beginning up to the last series.

f. If on the day of the match one of the three combinations cannot follow for medical reasons (either horse or rider), the team can still enter the match and points will be counted from the rest of the team members participating in the match. g. Each rider can only participate in 1 TEAM.

h. Every team will receive a free Team League T-Shirt.

a. Satu tim terdiri 3 rider dengan kombinasi kuda : satu dari tiga ekor kuda merupakan kuda yang sudah berpengalaman di kelas di atas 125 cm sedangkan dua ekor lain nya merupakan kuda di kelas maksimal 120 cm.

b. Peserta yang berminat mengikuti kelas tim diharuskan mendaftarkan diri kepada pihak panitia, untuk selanjutnya tim akan di bentuk oleh panitia berdasarkan pengambilan undian di Technical Meeting pada Seri 1.

c. Nama tim akan di tentukan oleh pihak panitia

d. Poin yang di ambil adalah dua poin terbaik dari 3 kombinasi rider dan kuda

e. Dalam mengikuti Team Competition maka tim yang telah terdaftar dari awal liga merupakan kombinasi tim yang akan mengikuti liga hingga seri terakhir

f. Apabila pada hari bertanding salah satu dari tiga rider tidak dapat mengikuti dengan alasan medis baik kuda maupun rider maka tim tersebut masih dapat mengikuti pertandingan dan akan dihitung poin dari sisa tim yang mengikuti pertandingan

g. Setiap rider hanya di perbolehkan mendaftar untuk satu TIM

h. Setiap rider akan mendapatkan kaos Tim dari Official ECL

DRESSAGE

1. Each horse can be used by 2 riders for Preliminary Test German and 3 riders for Walk Trot per Day.Example Entries:

- 2 times Walk Trot & 1 time Jumping Class- 3 times Walk Trot- 2 times Preliminary German Test/ FEI Test- 2 times Walk Trot & 1 time Preliminary- 1 time Preliminary German Test & 1 time Preliminary FEI Test

Kuda hanya diperbolehkan di gunakan 2 rider di kelas preliminary Test German dan 3 rider untuk kelas Walk Trot dalam satu hari.Contoh kombinasi pendaftaran:

- 2 kali Walk Trot & 1 kali Jumping- 3 kali Walk Trot- 2 kali Preliminary German Test/ FEI Test- 2 kali Walk Trot & 1 kali Preliminary- 1 kali Preliminary German Test & 1 kali Preliminary FEI Test

2. Preliminary German Test Horses can compete in PRELIMINARY FEI.Kuda kelas Preliminary German Test dapat digunakan di kelas Pre-liminary FEI Test.

SHOWJUMPING

1. Each horse can only compete in 2 classes in 1 competition for under 1 meter classes:

Setiap kuda hanya dapat digunakan sebanyak dua kali dalam satu pertandingan untuk kelas dibawah 1m :

2. For all class of the League in the 6th Series, the obstacle will be raised by 5 cm.

Untuk semua kelas League pada seri ke 6, rintangan akan dinaikkan setinggi 5 cm.

3. For horses that jump in more than one class, they are only allowed to register in another class ONLY at least one level below or one level above. For example: if a horse is ridden in the 100 class, they will only be allowed to enter the 90 cm or 110 cm class.

Kuda yang telah mengikuti jumping pada level tertentu di perbolehkan mengikuti pertandingan di kelas lain dengan ketentuan satu level di bawah atau satu level di atas sebagai contoh : kuda yang telah mengikuti level 100 cm hanya di perbolehkan mengikuti kelas tambahan di level 90 atau 110cm.

4. Horses may be used by different riders ONLY in classes at a lower or higher level if the classes are ridden on a different day. For example, ridden by Rider A in 70-90 cm on Friday, then ridden by Rider B in 140 cm on Sunday.

Kuda di perbolehkan digunakan di level bawah dan level atas dengan rider yang berbeda dengan ketentuan pertandingan di adakan di hari yang berbeda.

5. For ECL Classes, rider who is competing with more than 1 horse in the same class, are required to declare a horse that will be counted in points.

Untuk kelas ECL, rider yang menunggang kuda lebih dari 1 dikelas yang sama, diwajibkan untuk mendeclare kuda yang akan dihitung dalam poin.

EQUINARA-LWEA SPONSORSHIP RULESKETENTUAN BEASISWA EQUINARA-LWEA

Riders who have the highest POINTS after 6 series will get a Scholarship from Equinara in collaboration with Longines World Equestrian Academy. Competed classes for the scholarship are:

Rider yang memiliki POIN tertinggi setelah 6 seri akan mendapatkan Beasiswa dari Equinara yang berkerjasama dengan Longines Academy. Kelas yang akan di pertandingkan untuk memperebutkan beasiswa adalah:

1. Elite Class2. Platinum Class

With the following conditions:

A. Riders are registered with the scholarship scholarship programB. Riders HAVE to participate in all 6 series of ECL with the same combination of horse and rider for 6 seriesC. The amount and form of the scholarship will be determined by the committeeD. Announcement of scholarship winners will be made in the 6th and final series in October 2020E. The form of the scholarship is a scholarship program for training and try-out camps in Germany

Dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut ini :

A. Melakukan pendaftaran mengikuti kelas dengan program beasiswaB. Peserta diwajibkan mengikuti 6 seri dari ECL dengan kombinasi kuda dan rider yang sama selama 6 seriC.Besaran dan bentuk beasiswa akan ditentukan oleh pihak panitiaD. Pengumuman peraih beasiswa akan dilakukan di seri ke 6 pada bulan Oktober 2020E. Bentuk dari beasiswa tersebut adalah program beasiswa untuk training camp dan try out di Germany

The calculation of participation points in ECL will be the 5 best results out of 6 series. POINTS will always be updated and informed on the ECL Website

If the number of participants in a class exceeds 25 participants, the points used remain at a maximum of 25 participants

Perhitungan poin peserta pada ECL yaitu 5 hasil terbaik dari 6 seri. POIN akan selalu di update dan informasikan di Website ECL

Apabila peserta dalam suatu kelas melebihi 25 peserta maka poin yang di gunakan tetap pada poin maxsimal 25 peserta
