Day 4 – A positive approach

One way to promote a positive approach to diversity is by thinking about the words that we use.

There are a lot of words that are considered discriminative and derogatory.

They don’t belong in school – so we need to stop using them.

Instead try to use positive words of empowerment – like the ones on the sheet you’ve been given.
