EPOXY / HIGH ADHERENCE SYSTEM

EPOXY SYSTEM FOR MARBLE AND GRANITE:

Ÿ Grind the slabs to grit 120 and leave them to dry for 16-20hrs, so

that absolutely no traces of water are found on the surface,

especially on cracks.

Ÿ Mix resin and hardener in the ratio specified by weight and apply

the mixture uniformly on the full surface of granite.

Ÿ Accumulate additional quantity of this mixture over the

cracks/holes. Leave the slabs to dry for 20-24hrs.

Ÿ Polish these slabs starting from grit120.

Two component epoxy resin fully reactive, high viscosity. Very low reactivity. It is used to fill Travertine holes and the filling is transparent.

Two component epoxy resin, excellent mechanical properties and adhesion. It is used for impregnation and stabilization/ strengthing of marble, granite and stone slabs particularly for light coloured materials such as Raw Silk, River White, Ivory Chiffon, Ivory Fantasy and Steel Grey.

Two component completely reactive epoxy system. Semi rigid with excellent mechanical and adhesive properties. Hardens slowly. Used for marble and granite. It is specially designed for low porosity materials and those with very fine cracks. This gives dark finish with colour enhancement.

System based on thixotropic solvent andplasticizer – free poly urethane. The thixotropyoccurs when the two liquid components are mixed. It is used for grouting and sealing where high thixotropic values are required.

Two component epoxy resin fully reactive. High reactivity and hardening at room temperature. It is used for Marble and stones impregnation. Glass Fibers reinforcement.

Quick hardening, solvent-free, uncharged, thixotropic epoxy-based system. Grouting and sealing for wood, metal, plastics and abrasive objects such flap wheels, rollers, felt pads. Grouting cracks in marble and stone slabs.

COLOURS:

Available in paste form in KG1 packing. They are available in Red,Black,Brown,White,Green,Beige, Yellow and Blue colours. These colours are used for mixing with Epoxy Systems as per requirement.

This can be used for applying at the back of slab to give the strength. This help in easy processing of slab like handling, polishing and transportation. This can also be used for block reinforcement. This help to maintain the integrity of material while and after cutting.
