Purchasers") of the other part:
WHEBBAg the Vendor is seised of the property hereinafter described
for an estate in fee simple in possession subject as hereinafter
mentioned but otherwise free from incumbrances and has agreed to
sell the same to the Purchasers for a like estate in possession
subject as aforesaid but otherwise free from incumbrances at the

that the same shall be vested in them as joint tenants in manner
hereinafter appearing—. —
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH as follows:-

sum of Eight thousand :seven;,hundredt and/ on or before the executio-
hereof paid by the Purchasers to the Vendor (the receipt whereof th
Vendor hereby akcnowledges) the Vendor as Beneficial Owner hereby
conveys' unto the Purchasers ALL THAT piece or parcel of land situat
in a street formerly called Church Street but now called Northbank
Belford in the County of Northumberland all of which said piece or
parcel of land is for the purposes of identification only more
particularly delineated and described on a plan annexed/ hereto and
thereon coloured round with red TOGETHER WITH fchfe dwellinghouse
and outbuildings erected thereon and known as 9 Northbank Belford
aforesaid" AND TOGETHER WITH the rights and privileges specified in
the First Schedule to a Conveyance dated the 5th day of July 1923
and made between Thomas Place of the one part and Margaret Tait of
the other part (Except and reserved as to mines and minerals as has
been heretofore excepted and reserved )_AND_ALSO TOGETHER WITH the
benefit of a Covenant by Charles Alfred Weatherson contained in s
Conveyance dated the 31st day of October 1968 made between the
Vendor of the one part and the said Charles Alfred Weatherson of
the other part relating to the fence along the western boundary o
the property hereby conveyed TO HOLD the same unto the Purchasers
in fee simple as beneficial joint tenants SUBJECT to the exceptioj
reservations covenants and provisions contained or referred to in
the said Conveyance of the 5th day of July 1923 so far as the sam«
are still subsisting and capable of taking effect and affect the
property hereby conveyed
i2. IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the Purchasers or other the truste
for the time being of this deed shall have full power unto the *•::
expiration of a period of eighty years fron the date hereof (which
period shall be the perpetuity period applicable hereto) to mortgs
charge lease or otherwise dispose of all or any part of.the said
property with all the powers in that behalf of an absolute owner.
3- THE PURCHASERS (with the object and intent of affording to
the Vendor a full and sufficient indemnity but' not further or
otherwise) hereby jointly and severally covenant' with the Vendor
that they will at all times hereafter save harmless and keep
indemnified the Vendor and his estate and effects from and against
all actions proceedings costs claims demands and liability
whatsoever in respect of any future breach of any of the covenants
and provisions contained or referred to in the said Conveyance
dated the 5th day of July 1923 so far as -aforesaid.
4. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the transaction hereby effected
does not form part of a larger transaction or of a series of
transactions in respect of which the amount or value or the
aggregate amount or value of the consideration exceeds the sum of
