Dan:Correct,yeah.Sothedifferencebetweenwhitenoisemachinesandevensomeofthethingsyoumentionedbeforelikeclassicalmusicandstuff,isthattherearecertainqualitiesofthosethatdowork,right.Butyourbrainisreallygoodatnormalization.Sowhatthatmeansisthatwhenyouhavecertainthingsthataregoingon,youkindofjustadapttothem.Soit'sreallyhotoutsidewhenyouwalkoutside,andthen20minuteslater,you'restilloutside,youbegintosweatbecauseyourbodywantstoreachitshomeostasis.It'sthesamethinginyourbrain,right?

Sowhatwe'redoingisourmusicisincomparisontowhitenoiseortotheseclassicalthings,ordifferentkindsof...reallyalldifferentkindsofmusicthatyou'relisteningormentioning,isthatwescientificallytesteverything.Andwehavea...Iwannasayalmostlikeaningredientlistofthingsthatmakemusicworkinacertainway.Sooneofthethingsyou'llseeisifyoutryourmusicisthatwedon'thaveanylyrics,orsound,orpeopletalkinginourmusicorsinging.
