Reconciliation Reports

The reconciliation between the general ledger and the other

subsystems (accounts receivable, accounts payable etc.) it is a

time consuming procedure that requires the export of many

prints for comparing different modules and finding a probable

discrepancy.

With our solution, a set of prints is provided to help for

immediately and safely locating the differences between

Accounting and the following subsystems:

- Accounts Receivable

- Accounts Payable

- Cash Management

- Asset Management

- Inventory (Purchases and Sales)

These Reconciliation reports are provided either in a

summarized format (account based) or in a detailed format

(transaction based) minimizing the time that it is required for

the reconciliation process.

In case of discrepancy, the transactions that cause it will be

available in the detailed form.
