EPIC ShopNBC Failure with Tourby

I am so pissed off. After so many days of waiting they never unlock it on line. I call and the

option to enter the number cannot be done from a Blacklberry (BB do not have the alphabet

listed on the numbers like a traditional phone, did not know what number=J). Then I speak the

number and it ignores me and puts me on hold for an operator for an eternity. Needless to say it

sold out before I could ever speak to and operator. I'm pretty upset at how they did this process

for this piece.

Yeah a major melt down; I ended up calling back twice before I was able to snag the blue; my

first call the lady was very rude; she just kept repeating its sold out, its sold out.

I understand more are coming but more than likely it will be $100 more and fewer VP's.

Seriously, this was pretty lame. They should have unlocked it on line. My logic tells me that

would have lightened the load on the phones.

Refreshed screen online every 15 seconds from 12 to 12:15. Was unlocked exactly when the

presentation started at about 12:15. Got the blue online and it said 19 where left. Sold out about

5 minutes later.

I had the same problem. I kept calling automated ordering and was able to get the blue and

finally was able to get the charcoal. I will probably throw back the blue after I get a chance to

see them presented.

After being told it sold out. Called back 4 minutes later and got the Blue one.

That was CLOSE! After waiting and holding out on other purchases for months, I almost lost

out due to technical problems.

I don't know if I will ever be able to trust the shop with something this important AGAIN!

They seem to choke most when it's a really big deal. Remember the dragon 2.4? Gotta take

another Xanax before I really do something bad...

David - I feel your frustration. For whatever its worth, don't sweat it. There will be more of this

watch coming shortly. Who knows, the way things have been going, it might even be cheaper

too. Jim said Wing only brought a few this time. You will get one --next time, or call Android

and pre-order the watch. There are plenty more in the pipeline.

same for me. Glad I finally got the blue but really wanted the charcoal. I am going to look at the

blue and see if it grows on me. If not it will be sent back within the 30 days. (will not wear it, if I

do send it back). Im kinda disappointed in the way shop did also. As the saying goes"I cuda been

a contender"if it wasent for shopnbc. I will wait and see. A lot depends on when more are

brought to market.
