IntroductionThe purpose of this document is to provide the overview of the new features of EOBI facilitation

system.

Edit Existing EmployeesAfter login the employer can change the employee’s information by click on the Report, Update

and verify menu and then ‘By Updating Previous Submission’ submenu.

To enter the part time days worked of the IP, click Part Time and enter the part time days worked and click Save. Still will validate if you enter zero or negative working days.

Date of Exit will be displayed on the exit employees.

At the time of submission validation will be performed which validate that Date of joining and CNIC of all employees should be present.

Bulk Register Employees (via File)Employer can register multiple employees via csv file.

Choose csv File and press the verify record.

Edit EmployeeEmployer can edit the employee information from Employee Section.

Edit employee – option available to employer with which the employee is active at the moment See below error message

Employer Section -> Edit Employer (for Employer)Employer can update his information by using Employer Section.

Mandatory fields are highlighted with red mark. Update your fields.

Select Industrial Class:

New contractor can be add and previous contract can be delete or updated.

Register Employer (PR01 for Beat Officer)Beat Officer can register the employer by using employer section.

Insured Person Reports

Two reports are added on login page for insured person history- Employment History Report- Contribution History

Employment History ReportThis report will show the employment history of particular IP.

Contribution HistoryThis report will show the contribution history of insured person.
