Wind Profiles over the ocean should be an obvious gap in our current Earth Observations, noted by disaster, climate & weather user groups at the very least

• ESA will I am guessing be on the lookout for this gap to mentioned with the ADM mission coming up

• NOAA/NASA/others need to be paying attention too! People forget to ask for what they don’t think they can have!!!!
