Demonstration goal:

• Financial risk: lobster fishers carry high debt load for license, boat, and equipment

• Displacement: loss of marine space

• FSC species: American Eel, Striped Bass, Atlantic Salmon

• Fish migration: even if no collisions

• Quotas: fishing industry has them, tidal industry doesn’t

• Engagement: need to broaden geography
