Disciplinary Action

In-house HSE rules has been reviewed

Working at “Restricted Working Hours”, $5000 will be

charged as HSE Promotion Fee.

If any prosecution is received due to the breach of legal

requirement, an administration fee of $30000 will be imposed

on top of the fine of the prosecution.

This reviewed in-house rules has been tabled in the weekly

meeting and posted at vicinity in site area.
