Social Virtues

Sustainable Economics

Construction Materials
- 15% (3,404 tonnes) of the construction materials reclaimed or recycled.
- 52% of the construction materials were sourced from within a 35 mile radius
- Choosing timber over uPVC window frames saved nearly 800 tonnes of CO2 emissions, some 12.5% of the total embodied CO2 for the scheme.
