    STRATEGIES FOR

    ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Public entrepreneurship should remain confinedonly to those industries where private enterpriseindividual or corporate is generally not attracted.

All possible efforts should be made very seriouslyfor the development of an industrial culture.

There is need to develop management educationand industrial training.

Development programmes for backward regionsand areas should also be constituted.

Adequate measures for mobilizing and fosteringentrepreneurial talent in the country must be taken.

  • 7/31/2019 Entrepreneurial Development Programme (2)

    CONCLUSION

Thus, as evident from the above

discussion, we can conclude that EDPs are of vital

importance to supplement the growth of

entrepreneurs. EDPs provide a wide range of

resources and enhance the competencies of abudding entrepreneur.

However, in India, EDPs are basically

state owned and are conducted for SMSEs to

encourage the growth of entrepreneur in this sectorfor the welfare of the economy and general interest

    of the country at large.
