The ENTRAL double lumen Nasojejunal tube allows feeding into the small bowel and provides gastric access for aspiration or decompression of the stomach:

ENTRALTM Jejunostomy Kits

CORPAK MedSystems offer a convenient jejunostomy kit for use in creating surgical jejunostomy.

Each kit includes:

– Jejunostomy Tube

– 2 x Introducer Needles

– Guidewire

– External Skin Disc

– Enteral Connector

• The fi rst introducer needle allows a tunnel to be created in the

jejunal wall, through which the tube is passed into the jejunum

• Following removal of the needle and fi xing of the tube to the

abdominal wall, the second introducer needle in the kit is used

to tunnel along the abdominal wall in the opposite direction

to the tunnel in the jejunum, to create a safety loop. The tube

exits the second introducer at the skin site

• The external skin disc is used to securely anchor the tube

• Jejunostomy tubes can be replaced using the J-type

guidewire. The new tube is threaded over the wire which is

then removed, leaving the new tube in place

• Jejunostomy kits are available in 7Fr and 9Fr sizes

STOMA Management

CORSTOPTM – a.c.e. stoppers

CORSTOPTM a.c.e. stoppers, soft and comfortable medical grade silicone plugs used to seal stoma sites and/or maintain stoma tract patency.

Predominantly used for Antegrade Continence Enema (ACE),

Malone Antegrade Continence Enema (MACE), and caecostomy

patients, they may also be used for catheter introduction directly

into the bladder (such as Mitrofanoff and Monti procedures).

CORSTOP is also designed to maintain gastrostomy stoma

patency following accidental/inadvertent removal or if the stoma

is not being actively used but there is a need to maintain the

stoma tract.

CORSTOP a.c.e. stoppers are available in a variety of stem

lengths and diameters and are all supplied with a

hydrogel dressing.

STOMA Management

Rectal Washout Catheters

Rectal washouts are performed to decompress the lower intestine and defl ate the abdomen by removing gas and stool using small amounts of Sodium Chloride 0.9% (normal saline). Performed in babies and children to relieve low intestinal obstruction, e.g. suspected Hirschsprung disease (HD), meconium plug disease, meconium ileus or intestinal dysmotility. Rectal Catheters can also be used for A.C.E or M.A.C.E washouts.
