Transfer percentage:Percentage of the free entitlement or liability that shall be transferred
Whether recalculation of an entitlement shall be performed before transfer:Where recalculation is performed it is not possible for receiver of entitlementto deduce performance-related remuneration agreement of previous owner
How payment scheduling should be carried out:Payment scheduling may be done a) according to contractual agreement of receiver, b) as a lump sum at time of transfer or c) by adopting open due dates of the previous entitlement owner
