4.2 Day 2 – Developing Breakthrough Ideas Pipeline

The participants apply the creative leadership skills and knowledge acquired on day one for generating

breakthrough business ideas for growth, market leadership, innovations and resolving critical

customers and operational challenges.

In the idea factory workshop, we divide the batch size of 30 people in the smaller groups and provide

them with the most advanced tools, applications and techniques for generating breakthrough ideas.

The following topics are taken up in the idea factory on Day 2

emerging technologies and their new applications

• Understanding weak signals shifting global trends, customer mindsets and market rends
